Making hope contagious

RLabs UK launched in 2019. Inspired by the life-changing work of RLabs South Africa, our mission is to:

  • Bring RLabs’ award-winning programmes to the UK to transform lives

  • Support youth entrepreneurs and leaders in emerging RLabs hubs across Africa, starting with Tanzania.

RLabs South Africa was created in 2008 by Marlon and Rene Parker, to transform the lives of young people through technology, innovation and enterprise. In an area of Cape Town where hope had been lost due to drugs, gang violence and unemployment.

RLabs’ work in South Africa has sparked a global movement for social change, impacting 10 million people in 23 countries.
